Vegan nachos for everyone

Vegan Nachos

1 bag tortilla chips
1 can seasoned black beans
¼ lb plant-based chorizo
1 pan veggie medley
1 jar cashew-based queso
1 bowl homemade guacamole
1 bowl homemade pico de gallo
1 tablespoon plant-based yogurt
1 tablespoon hot sauce

Veggie Medley

¼ onion
½ bell pepper
¼ jalapeño
½ zucchini
⅙ lb kale leaf
2 tablespoons neutral oil
cumin to taste
paprika to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Seasoned Black Beans

1 can black beans
salt to taste
pepper to taste
chili powder to taste
cumin to taste
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
